Style: Still / Oak Aged / Wild Ferment
Apples: Your apples, hand pressed and blended with wild apples from Yorkshire, Dabbanet and Harry Masters Jersey.
Flavours: Strong oak flavours, not particularly farmyardy, dry, smoky, leathery.
Notes: Hand pressed, fermented & Matured in Hebden Bridge. Try with a strong cheddar or hard smoked cheese. Oysters and Samphire

Stength: 6.6% ABV.

Style: Fuzzyish / Medium-Dry / Wild Ferment
Apples: 100% Yorkshire Katy apples
Flavours: bright and lively not too farmyardy
Notes: Fermented & Matured in Hebden Bridge. Try with a proper strong cheddar, ripe Camembert or smoked mackerel.

Offcumden
Strength: 6.6% ABV.

Style: Fizzyish / Fruit Cider / Wild Ferment
Apples: Your apples, hand pressed and blended with wild apples from Yorkshire, blueberries and blackcurrents.
Flavours: Dangerously drinkable, light hit of dark berries, but don’t expect a sugar hit. Slightly earthy.
Notes: Hand pressed, fermented & Matured in Hebden Bridge. Try with a salty Stilton or Roquefort. The salt in the cheese makes the berry flavour pop without needing sugar.
